All sales are freight collect. Freight, insurance and handling charges are prepaid by the
customer and added to invoice.
For orders within the continental United States and all international orders we use United
Parcel Service (UPS).
To Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands we use USPS.
If the customer doesn't want to insure the shipping, the company disclaims all liability
for loss or damage to the merchandise.
Customer will be responsible for freight and all other charges for refused

All claims must be made within 15 days of merchandise receipt.
Returns are accepted only if the merchandise is defective for reasons of production, not by the manipulation of the customer
(all product comes with installation instructions, care and maintenance).
Never refunds merchandise ON SALE.
